What BRA Sizes do you offer?

Our bra sizes range from 32A to 42DD; however, we are not able to offer all bra styles in all sizes.

What Cup size should I choose when I'm fuller on one side?

To keep your fuller side smooth and free of spilling, we recommend that you choose the cup size that fits that fuller side. You may then “fill in” the other cup with a soft insert, like those you’ll find in our Stores as well as online.

Can I Change or Cancel my Order?

Any requests to change or cancel an order require contacting a Customer Care Associate as we begin to process orders immediately after they are placed. Contact us immediately and we will attempt to accommodate your request based on the status of your order. Visit Contact Us Section of our website to reach us.

How to Track a Shipped Order?

Click on the “Track Order” button within your Shipment Confirmation email.

When Will My Order Ship?

With our Standard Delivery method, orders are processed and shipped within 7-12 business days. Yet there can be unexpected delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

What Locations Do You Ship To?

We ship across Pakistan except for Gilgit, Baltistan & FATA.

What Products Can Be Exchanged?

Lower innerwear, Accessories, Beauty and Hygiene products will not be exchanged once sold. All maternity/nursing and hygiene products should be used after consultation with your physician.

What is the cut-off time for exchanges?

Products must be sent back for exchange within 3 days of delivery date. Original Receipt and duly filled out Exchange-Form must be included with shipment.

What are the benefits of Membership Card?

Our members enjoy Flat 20% off entire year till renewal of their membership cards both for in-store shopping as well as online shopping. This offer will not be applicable on Sale or Discounted products.

How do I Pay for my Orders?
